1. What is included in the €12,900 + VAT price?
The Standard configuration includes the W 3,200 × L 6,250 × H 3,000 mm architectural structure, a 3 kWp solar power system, 7.5 kWh battery storage, an integrated energy column, ambient LED lighting, electrical outlets, USB-C ports and remote monitoring. VAT, delivery, installation, site preparation, permits and additional options are quoted separately.
2. Does the pavilion need a grid connection?
The pavilion is designed to generate and store its own electricity. Fully autonomous operation depends on location, season and connected loads. A hybrid grid-connected configuration is available where required.
3. Which devices can the battery power?
The system can power lighting, mobile devices, laptops, Wi-Fi, a television or audio system, a compact refrigerator or drinks cabinet and other equipment of suitable power. Actual runtime depends on weather, season, location and load.
4. Can the pavilion charge an electric vehicle?
Yes. An EV charging station is available as an additional option. Charging power and mode are specified according to solar generation, battery capacity and the availability of a grid connection.
5. Is glazing included in the standard price?
No. The sliding glass enclosure is quoted separately. Polycarbonate screens, wooden slatted walls, architectural panels and custom finishes are also available.
6. What can the pavilion be used for?
It can serve as a private terrace, lounge, outdoor kitchen, carport, guest area, hotel lounge, glamping pavilion, poolside space or exhibition area.
7. Which countries can you deliver to?
Delivery is planned throughout the European Union and to Ukraine. Final availability, price, installation and logistics are confirmed for each application.
8. How long does production take?
The estimated production time for the Standard configuration is one month after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed prepayment. The final proposal confirms the exact schedule.
9. What warranty is provided?
The pavilion is covered by a five-year warranty. The final contract defines its terms, exclusions and the separate manufacturer warranties for energy-system components.
10. Do I need to pay when submitting an application?
No. The application is free and does not oblige you to purchase the pavilion. Prepayment is requested only after the project is agreed and you accept the final proposal.
11. Does an application reserve a production slot?
No. An initial application expresses interest and allows us to assess the project. A production slot is reserved after order confirmation and fulfilment of the agreed payment conditions.
12. Can the pavilion be used all year?
Yes, the structure is designed for year-round use. Comfort and autonomy depend on climate, season and selected options. Glazing, protective screens and finishes can extend the season of use.
13. Are the solar panels visible from the ground?
The solar panels are integrated into the roof and concealed behind the perimeter fascia. From a typical ground-level viewpoint they should not disrupt the pavilion's architectural appearance.
14. Does the pavilion require a foundation?
Base requirements are determined after the installation site is assessed. Site preparation and any foundation work are not included in the standard price and are quoted separately.
15. Can the size or configuration be changed?
During market testing, the principal offer is the standardised 3 × 6 m model. Custom dimensions, finishes, glazing, EV charging and additional energy capabilities can be discussed as a separate project.
